Indulge at The Blind Pig Kitchen & Bar in Rancho Santa Margarita with a mouth-watering Lobster Roll stuffed with fresh lobster, garlic aioli and sauerkraut on a brioche roll with a side of fried pickles for $22. At the Ways & Means Oyster House in Huntington Beach on Wednesday, diners can enjoy whole Maine lobsters for $9.99, while supplies last. At K’ya Bistro at La Casa del Camino in Laguna Beach, patrons can order Lobster Mac N’ Cheese, served with smoked bacon, lobster cream and topped with truffle crust for $15. The restaurant is located at 1289 South Coast Highway in Laguna Beach.

In Laguna Beach at The Rooftop Lounge at La Casa del Camino, patrons can dine on Lobster & Avocado Toast, toast served with chopped lobster, guacamole, roasted tomato, manchego and over-easy eggs for $18. Portside Fish Co at TRADE Food Hall in Irvine is serving up its popular Portside Platter with fried lobster tail topped in a tray full of calamari, beer-battered cod, crispy shrimp and old bay fries for market price. Portside at TRADE Food Hall is at 2222 Michelson Drive in Irvine.

Slapfish at the Mess Hall Market in Tustin sells a fan-favorite lobster roll -a seafood-filled grinder stuffed with chilled lobster, shrimp and crab mixed with spicy aioli and packed into a split top butter roll.
