RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — Residents of Rancho Santa Margarita are doing their best to get into the holiday spirit for 2020. All items must be new and unused, and can be dropped off by Dec. 16 at the Bell Tower Regional Community Center at 22232 El Paseo in Rancho Santa Margarita.
