Rancho Santa Margarita's Walmart Revamped

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — Rancho Santa Margarita residents got their first look at the newly remodeled Walmart Neighborhood Market at 30491 Ave. De Las Flores on April 27, as the much-anticipated project finally was complete.

To celebrate the remodel a community celebration began at 9am and and included free food, giveaways, and special pricing. The grand reopening ribbon-cutting was scheduled for 11:30 a.m.

At the renovated store, customers will enjoy the following store improvements:

• All new signage and flooring
• Additional check-out lanes
• Updated produce and bakery sections, including additional product offerings
• Expanded wine selections, including cold selections

“We’re always looking for ways to make our customers’ lives easier,” said Store Manager Charlotte Hawkins. “We’re excited for our customers to enjoy our new and improved shopping experience and be able to offer new merchandise tailored for our customers.”

Committed to the Community

Walmart is committed to serving the Rancho Santa Margarita community and in celebration of the grand reopening will support local organizations through grants to O.C. Fire Services, Children’s Pretend City of O.C., and South County Outreach. The Rancho Santa Margarita Mayor, Michael Vaughn, and Chamber of Commerce will also be in attendance.
