RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — You're doing last minute preparations, the Turkey is in the oven and company is on the way! but you've forgotten one important detail! We've all been there.

Whether it's whipped cream for the pies of that jar of obligatory cranberry sauce, plenty of grocery stores will be open across Orange County area for your last-minute shopping needs. Here are the hours for grocery stores that will be open on Thanksgiving Day, and what will stay closed.

  • Pavilions: 22451 Antonio Parkway: Holiday Hours: 5 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Ralphs: 31481 Santa Margarita Parkway: Holiday Hours: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Stater Bros. Markets: 22351 El Toro Road: Holiday Hours: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Target: Santa Margarita Town Center: Holiday Hours: 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.
  • Trader Joes: 30652 Santa Margarita Parkway: CLOSED
  • Walmart Neighborhood Market: 30491 Avenida de Las Flores: 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. (hours might differ)

Government offices in Orange County shut their doors Thursday in celebration of Thanksgiving Day. There was no U.S. Mail delivery or trash service.
