Todos Santos Mexican Restaurant Opens In RSM

Located at 22322 El Paseo, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688 in the El Paseo Plaza, Todos Santos is now the fifth Mexican restaurant in that location since I moved here in 1998. All of them have been very good and I'm not sure what led to the others closing. I've been anxiously awaiting their opening since hearing about them a few months ago. Their full menu can be found online at their website and there is some really delicious sounding food there at what I consider to be reasonable prices. Since they just opened a couple of days ago I haven't had a chance to get there yet, but I plan to change that in the next week.
