Listed for sale on May 7, the property at 717 Esplanade in South Redondo Beach is now on the market for a whopping $14.25 million.

The four bedroom, seven-bathroom home also features "expansive workout facilities," an office and a library, in addition to Crestron and Lutron "smart house" touchpads throughout the home.

"[The property's] panoramic Pacific Ocean views are IMAX-like," according to Forbes. "The infinity pool and spa seem to flow into the sea."

The home also features private secure access from the terrance to the beach.

The property was last sold in July 1998 for $2.25 million, according to property records aggregated by Zillow.
