Peninsula Orchid Society Announces Show and Sale

From the Peninsula Orchid Society, Inc: The weather looks great for a trip to our orchid show this weekend! Come into the show room and enjoy the beautiful colors, exotic shapes and fabulous scents - a mini tropical vacation.

• Find your heart's desire in one of our sales areas.
• Learn how to improve your growing skills at one of our seminars.
• Ask any of our members for insights on how to deal with problems you are having with reblooming your orchids.

Admission: $5 General, $3 Seniors (62+), $3 Children (12-16)

Community Activities Building, 1400 Roosevelt Ave., Redwood City, CA

Peninsula Orchid Society is a 501(c)(3) organization. Please join us at any of our meetings held the 4th Friday of almost every month - not in January (show), September (auction) or December (3rd Friday). Meetings begin at 7:45 PM and are held at the San Mateo Garden Center, 605 Parkside Way, San Mateo, CA. Our meetings feature a show & tell table and a speaker - and refreshments! Visitors and new members are warmly welcome.
