Power Outage Near Redwood City Affects Over 1,600 Households

REDWOOD CITY, CA — More than 1,600 customers in North Fair Oaks, an unincorporated area near Redwood City, experienced a power outage on Friday morning.

According to PG&E's outage map, the outage was reported shortly after 9:30 a.m. and power was restored around 11 a.m.. PG&E said it was investigating the cause of the outage.

The area between Middlefield Road and Highway 101 in North Fair Oaks was affected, according to the map.
