​Pumpkin Fest Committee Holds Meeting with Non-Profit Vendors

The meeting will be held on June 28. The organizing committee is planning for the 47th annual Half Moon Bay Art & Pumpkin Festival in Oct.

From Miramar Events: The Pumpkin Festival will be holding its annual planning meeting with the festival's non-profit food and game booth vendors on Wednesday, June 28 at 7:30 pm at Cameron's Inn in the Gameroom.

The purpose of the meeting is to cover application procedures, discuss logistics and plans, and field questions to ensure a well-coordinated, smooth and successful event for all.

The meeting is mandatory for non-profits that participated last year (and wish to participate again) and also open to those interested in applying for this year's festival.
