Redwood City Police Seek Suspects In Home Invasion Robbery

REDWOOD CITY, CA — Redwood City police are searching for four suspects who committed a home invasion robbery last Thursday at the 1700 block of Oak Avenue.

The suspects assaulted two victims in the residence and fled with a large safe, a purse and watches, police said in a news release.

According to police, the suspects used a taser device on a male victim when he answered the door and then zip-tied him on the floor. They then struck a female victim in the residence in the head with a handgun. She was taken to the hospital to treat the wound, while the male victim was treated at the scene for his injuries.

The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. Police identified the suspects as four Hispanic males, according to a news release.
