REDWOOD CITY, CA – The City Council next week will decide the future of a local library branch.

Some programs and activities will change, but many signature programs, such as bilingual story times and the Summer Learning Challenge, will remain in place.

The Redwood City Public Library will continue to support and partner with Redwood City School District schools in the North Fair Oaks neighborhood.

New curbside hours will start March 15, and service hours will be increased from 50 to 60 hours a week when libraries fully reopen.

Library card numbers will change, and patrons will have access to the San Mateo County Libraries’ online resources.

Patrons will still be able to use your card at Redwood City Libraries and throughout the county.
