SamTrans to Reach Out to Redwood City Riders Tuesday
Representatives will be at the local Caltrain station to ask riders' feedback and answer questions Tuesday morning.
SamTrans will reach out to Redwood City riders this Tuesday, Jan. 8 from 9 a.m. to noon in the bus loading area next to the Redwood City Caltrain Station.
The outreach is part of "Connecting with Customers," a once-a-month, year-long marketing campaign aimed at letting riders know that SamTrans values their patronage, representatives said in a statement.

"Talking with our customers where they get on and off the bus offers them a convenient way to ask questions and get information," said Rita Haskin, SamTrans customer service and marketing executive officer. "It also allows us the opportunity to thank the customer in person for choosing to ride SamTrans."
So far, SamTrans has visited with riders in East Palo Alto, Pacifica, Daly City and San Mateo. Future visits are planned for the Daly City BART Station, "Top of the Hill" in Daly City, in Half Moon Bay and at the Colma BART Station.
