Wild West Fundraiser To Benefit Redwood City Library

The sixth annual event slated for Oct. 5 features a barbecue, live auction, craft beer, photo booth and western entertainment.

REDWOOD CITY, CA — Call it cheers for charity. The Redwood City Library Foundation's sixth annual fundraiser will be held at Devil's Canyon Brewery on Oct. 5 at 6 p.m. to benefit the Peninsula town's library programs.

The "wild west" theme features a barbecue dinner provided by Crystal Springs Catering, craft beer, western entertainment, a photo booth and live auction put on by Frank Bizzarro.

The new Makerspace in the Library project is just one of the programs set to benefit from proceeds.

Tickets cost $65 through September 21 and $75 afterward.
