OAKLAND, CA — A man who died in a vehicle collision in West Oakland on Tuesday afternoon was identified by the Alameda County coroner's bureau today as 23-year-old Cody Sisson of Oakland.
The collision occurred at Fifth and Market streets just before 1 p.m. Tuesday.
