
Firefighters extinguished a two-alarm structure fire this morning
in Oakland, according to the Oakland Fire Department. The first report of the fire came in at about 12:10 a.m. at 1335 Foothill Boulevard, a fire dispatcher said. Dispatchers first said the fire was at 14th Avenue and Gleason Way.
Firefighters upgraded the fire from one to two alarms at 12:35 a.m. and brought it under control at 12:58 a.m., a dispatcher said.
