The 825-square-foot house sits on less than a tenth of an acre and is listed at $520,000.

In Berkeley, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 1801 Dwight Way was put up for sale five days ago.

The 2,075-square-foot house on less than a tenth of an acre is listed at $959,000.

In Alameda, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 3307 Liberty Ave. was listed on the market six days ago.

The 1,206-square-foot house on a ninth of an acre is selling for $495,000.
