OAKLAND, CA — A man who was killed in a hit-and-run collision in East Oakland on Thursday morning has been identified by the Alameda County coroner's bureau as 46-year-old Ahkenya Ragland of Oakland.
Police said the driver of the car that struck the car in which Ragland was in at 98th and Bancroft avenues at 2:28 a.m. on Thursday fled before officers arrived.
Police said two other people were injured in the collision.
