OAKLAND, CA — A man who died after being shot in East Oakland on Thursday night was identified by police today as 28-year-old Raymond Barker of Oakland.
Barker was shot in the 7700 block of MacArthur Boulevard at about 9:55 p.m. Thursday and died at a hospital a short time later, police said.
A suspect in the fatal shooting remains at large, according to police.
