Sig-Alert Canceled: All Lanes Of I-580 Open

OAKLAND, CA — The California Highway Patrol has canceled a sig-alert for eastbound Interstate Highway 580 in Oakland with all lanes open. The roadway was open by 10:30 a.m.

Initially, all four lanes were blocked, but crews got one lane open for part of the morning commute.

The injury accident involved a trailer that scattered debris across the interstate.

The CHP received the first call about the crash just after 5 a.m.
