Temescal NCPC to Meet on Wednesday

Temescal residents are invited to meet with representatives of the Oakland Police Department, Oakland city Councilmember Dan Kalb's office and the Temescrawlers.

The Temescal Neighborhood Crime Prevention Council (NCPC) will hold its first meeting of 2013 on Wednesday, Jan. 16, at 7 p.m. at Faith Presbyterian Church, 430 - 49th St., Oakland (at Webster Street).

Representatives of the Oakland Police Department and a staff person from District 1 City Councilmember Dan Kalb's office will attend. 

The Temescrawlers, a group that walks the Temescal neighborhood on a weekly basis as a crime prevention measure, will provide information as well.
