The Hog's Apothecary Releases Latest Menu Items

From pretzels and sausages to fennel-rubbed porchetta, The Hog's Apothecary introduces a few menu items it plans to offer guests when it opens later this year.

The Hog's Apothecary, an up-and-coming American-style beer hall on 40th Street, recently released photos of food it plans to serve when it opens in late April/early May of this year.

From pretzels and sausages to a fennel-rubbed porchetta, owners Bradford Earle and John Stewart-Streit showed their Facebook following three mouth-watering menu items (see photos above). They will accompany the myriad of brews on draft.

The recipes come from Stewart-Streit, who has been cooking in the area for the past decade.
