The Thelma Harris Gallery: Big Names, Small Space

Since 1992, Thelma Harris has been showing and selling art by mostly African-American artists at her eponymous gallery at 5942 College Ave. 

She currently has a secondary market show called Mint Condition featuring work by Jacob Lawrence, Richmond Barthe and others. In this short video, Harris discusses Jackie, a 1985 lithograph by Elizabeth Catlett.
