Traffic Alert: Car Crashes On Interstate 880 In Oakland

OAKLAND, CA -- A car crashed Tuesday morning on northbound Interstate 880 in Oakland. The incident was reported around 8:30 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.

A driver crashed on the right-hand side near the High Street exit, and was reportedly passed out in the car, according to the CHP log. An ambulance was called to the scene as traffic slowed in the area.

Elsewhere in the city, a three-car crash was reported on westbound Interstate 80 near Central Avenue.

Drivers should expect delays in the area.
