Last week, Data Quik released median prices for towns across the East Bay. The price included condominiums and townhouses as well as single-family homes.
In the Rockridge area, the median price was $905,000.
One house close that price is this three-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 570 Forest St. It's listed at $910,000.
The house, which was built in 1908, is 1,744Â square feet and sits on less than a tenth of an acre.
