When Does Daylight Saving Time End In 2012?

Morning commutes will be darker next week.

Daylight Saving Time officially ends at 2 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 4. Remember to set your clocks back one hour before you go to sleep on Saturday night.

Here's another suggestion: Safety authorities say the time shift serves as a convenient reminder to change the batteries in your smoke and/or carbon monoxide detectors.

Don't have a detector? Use your extra hour on Sunday to get one.

And yes, technically it's Daylight Saving Time with no "s," not "savings."
