When's That Rockridge NCPC Meeting Again?

Yes, the Greater Rockridge Neighborhood Crime Prevention Council will meet at its usual time this month — the second Thursday of the month, May 9, 7-8 p.m.

Plans for a joint meeting of the Rockridge Community Planning Council (RCPC) and the Greater Rockridge Neighborhood Crime Prevention Council (NCPC) on May 16 have been postponed, and the NCPC will meet this month at its usual time, the second Thursday of the month — May 9, 7-8 pm. at the Rockridge Branch Library, 5366 College Ave., Oakland (at Manila).

Neighborhood Watch block captains in police beats 12Y and 13X are encouraged to attend and participate in a general discussion of Neighborhood Watch, according to the NCPC website. 

The joint NCPC-RCPC meeting has been rescheduled for Thursday, June 20, when Oakland Mayor Jean Quan and Police Chief Howard Jordan will be able to attend.
