DOMA Struck Down: Rosemont Reacts

Reactions are flooding social media as Californians respond to news that the U.S. Supreme Court struck down DOMA, the Defense of Marriage Act, in a 5-4 vote in a decision Wednesday morning. 

The act had prohibited the U.S. government from recognizing same-sex marriage. 

When we asked Rosemont Patch Facebook followers if the court got it right, one person responded with "Hell yes!!"
