Memorial Day: What's Open & Closed in Rosemont

Before you decide to run errands Monday, here's a quick look at some of the services that will or will not be available for the Memorial Day holiday. 

• Sacramento County offices will be closed. 
• All U.S. Postal Service locations will be closed.
• Emergency services, such as police and fire, will be available.
• Garbage pickup services will not be affected. 
• Sacramento County Library locations will be closed Saturday for a staff furlough (except Fair Oaks Library) through Monday. 
• Sacramento Regional Transit District will operate on a Sunday/Holiday schedule Monday. 
• Retail stores, grocery stores, restaurants and other businesses may have limited hours Monday. Call ahead before heading to a specific business to confirm they are open.
