Play Games, Taste Beer at Brews & Balls Fest
The event will take place at the Placer County Fairgrounds Sept. 28.

Kickball, dodgeball and cornhole followed by kegs and beer tasting — the first Brews & Balls Fest will be held Saturday, Sept. 28 at the Placer County Fairgrounds in Roseville.Â
The event will start with games at 10 a.m., followed by unlimited beer tasting from 2-5 p.m. with local breweries like Roseville Brewing Co. and Knee Deep, according to a a press release.Â
Brews & Balls Fest will raise money for the Roseville community.Â

It’s time to come out of the man cave for a day of fun in the sun playing social sports and drinking craft brews at the first annual Brews and Balls Fest presented by Radii150 at the Placer County Fairgrounds.Â
Come prepared to play spirited games like kickball, dodgeball and cornhole starting at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013. Then celebrate your victory (or your losses) at the unlimited beer tasting brewfest from 2:00 p.m. to 5 p.m. (or until the kegs are dry).Â

Register yourself or your whole team for any of the social sports and come enjoy an afternoon of fun with friends or make some new ones. Participants can attend and or play for as little as $25 (21 and over only).Â
Radii 150, a locally based social sports networking organization dedicated to improving social health, is producing this event in partnership with Placer Valley Tourism, OV Cornhole, Placer County Fairgrounds and Roseville Brewing Co.Â

The Placer County Fairgrounds are located at 800 All America City Blvd. in Roseville.Â
This event will help to raise money for the Roseville Community through Placer County Fairgrounds, a 501 C3 non-profit organization (federal tax ID number 94-1347791). For tickets or more information visit http://radiisports.com/brewsnballs.
Sporting enthusiasts are encouraged to register for the Brews & Balls Fest events as an individual or as a part of their own team. Participate in a social sport for only $25, includes entrance to the unlimited brew tasting event. Social sports include dodgeball, kickball and cornhole. An additional cash tournament, sponsored by locally based OV Cornhole, will also be held. To register visithttp://radiisports.com/brewsnballs and look for specific pages on each social sport.
Local craft brewers are invited to participate in the Unlimited Brew Fest. Currently the tasting lineup includes brand such as:

A Home Brew Competition will also be a part of the festivities at 3:00 p.m. For breweries interested in participating or home brewers looking to enter their specialty home brew, please contact Lindsay at lindsay@placercountyfair.org.
