Real Estate Company Foundation Donates Over $100,000 to Local Charities
A Year Of Giving Back For The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Community Cares Foundation
ROSEVILLE, CALIF. (March 2, 2017) – The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Community Cares Foundation gave back to the Sacramento, Tahoe and Truckee communities in several ways throughout 2016. The foundation is the philanthropic arm of real estate company Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Sacramento/Tahoe.
From playing blackjack at Monte Carlo Casino Night to teeing off golf balls at a charity golf tournament, the foundation hosted a number of events throughout the Sacramento, Tahoe and Truckee areas that brought together independent Coldwell Banker sales associates, staff, family and friends for worthy causes. Thanks to the participation of many, the foundation made cash donations of over $50,000, while agents and offices provided additional estimated contributions of materials, supplies and labor for a total donation of over $100,000 in 2016.

The benefitting organizations include: Alpha K9, Boys and Girls Club of El Dorado County, Boys and Girls Club of Placer County, Courage Worldwide, Elk Grove Food Bank, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Rotary Club of Sacramento (Pony Express), Sacramento Blue Star Moms, Sacramento Children’s Home, Sierra Senior Services, Tahoe SAFE Alliance, Tubman House, and Twin Lakes Food Bank.
In addition to raising funds, the foundation also worked with offices in the Sacramento, Tahoe and Truckee areas to collect a total of 455 toys for Toys for Tots and 648 coats for the One Warm Coat holiday charity campaign.

Their generosity made an enormous impact last year, and I know they will continue to give back in exceptional ways during 2017,” said Mike James, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Sacramento/Tahoe region.
