Reno Man Found Dead in Marin County Bicycle Incident
60-year-old, Richard Kelly, was found unconscious next to a bicycle that officials believe he had been recently riding.
SAN RAFAEL, CA- The Marin County coroner's office has identified a man found dead near a bicycle in San Rafael on Monday afternoon as 60-year-old Richard Kelley.
Chief Deputy Coroner Darrell Harris said Kelley had residences in San Rafael and Reno, Nevada. Results of the autopsy Wednesday will be pending the results of toxicology tests, Harris said.
San Rafael police responded around 12:30 p.m. to a report of an unconscious man in the roadway of Thorndale Drive. Kelley appeared to have recently been riding the bicycle, police said.

Paramedics were unable to resuscitate him and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Police searched the neighborhood to locate witnesses or video of the incident.
