Roseville home sales up again

Real estate sales in Roseville and overall for Placer County were higher in June, compared to the same month in 2014.

In all Roseville areas 252 homes were sold for the month at an average price of $408,000. The homes that sold were available in the market on average for only 29 days.

That sales total represents a 51 percent increase over one year ago. In June 2014, 167 homes were sold in the city.
Roseville also had fewer available homes on the market this year compared to last. There were 335 active homes compared to 419 active homes. At the time of writing this article, there are 346 active listings available.

June was a good month for real estate in Roseville, and we can expect similar results in July. It is still a good time for buyers since interest rates are still low.
