Woman Arrested in Roseville Grocery Store Thefts
Police believe a group of women have been working together, stealing from distracted shoppers at grocery stores throughout the state.

A 20-year-old woman was arrested in connection with multiple thefts at Roseville grocery stores recently.Â
In some cases, women had their wallets stolen from their shopping carts while another shopper distracted the victim.Â
The thefts were reported at several Roseville grocery stores on Pleasant Grove and Galleria Boulevards and Stanford Ranch Road. The stolen credit cards were then used to make fraudulent purchases at stores nearby, according to Roseville Police.Â
Roseville detectives compared information from other law enforcement agencies and found out that a group of women were working together, stealing from distracted shoppers at grocery stores throughout the state.
On Sept. 19, a Roseville detective arrested one of the suspects at her probation officer's office in Sacramento County.
Rosario Renee Deltoro, 20, of Sacramento was arrested on suspicion of multiple counts of burglary, conspiracy and other related charges in connection with five Roseville cases. She's currently in custody in the Placer County Jail.
The investigation is continuing to locate and arrest the other suspects.
