Alleged CA Burglar Gets Stuck In Chimney; Police Take Photo
Not everyone can be Santa Claus.
CITRUS HEIGHTS, CA -- An alleged burglar apparently tried to channel his inner Santa Claus this week. Citrus Heights Police in Sacramento County said a man was stuck in a chimney after he tried to enter a business to burglarize it.
Police said Jesse Berube, 32, got stuck in an awkward position on Wednesday at a business in the 6900 block of Greenback Lane. Berube reportedly became lodged in the chimney but was able to call 911 for help.
Firefighters were called to the scene and used "special equipment" to help the man out, police said.

Berube was physically uninjured and was arrested on a burglary charge.
