- The King's former home is set to become the site of a new hospital. The former Sleep Train Arena will will now house a Northstate University hospital and medical school, officials announced Wednesday. (KCRA3)
- The mystery continues. Remember the airplane they found at the bottom of Folsom Lake that was assumed to be a 1965 crash? Nope! The one they found was actually from a 1986 incident. We still don't know where the 1965 plane is. How-the-heck many planes are in that lake? (ABC10)
- Check out the talented group of athletes representing the USA in the Tokyo Olympics that have called Sacramento their home! (ABC10)
- It bears repeating that it is going to be dangerously hot out there today! Please go to one of these Sacramento County cooling centers if you don't have a way to stay cool at home. (FOX40)
- The Sacramento County Board of Supervisors has approved an ordinance establishing the Sacramento County Behavioral Health Youth Advisory Board (YAB). This board will be comprised of 10 youths age 12-24 who will work collaboratively with County Mental Health Board and the Youth Commission regarding programs and policies related to youth mental health.
