Folsom Physical Therapist to Present at Orlando Conference

Physical Therapist Tim McGonigle has been invited to speak at the 2019 American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists’ Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida, on Oct. 26. McGonigle practices at Folsom Physical Therapy, located at 115 Natoma St.
McGonigle will deliver a presentation entitled “The Next Evolution Of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Education And Practice.” The lecture will highlight the paradigm shift in orthopaedic physical therapy education and practice necessary for the development of the fully integrated model required to enhance clinical proficiency in practitioners, resulting in truly individualized patient care and restoring a sense of professional fulfillment in clinicians in spite of today’s challenging medical-economic environment.
McGonigle graduated from California State University Fresno’s physical therapy program in 1980. He completed his orthopedic manual therapy residency through the Kaiser Hayward Orthopedic Residency Program in 1983.
