Merryhill Preschool Students in Natomas Donate School Supplies

Students donated more than 250 pencils, folders, backpacks and more to Mustard Seed School

Students at Merryhill Preschool on Danbrook Drive in Natomas recently donated more than 250 school supply items to Mustard Seed School, a free private school that provides education to homeless children. Over the past month, students held a drive to collect pencils, markers, notebooks and more for students who attend the school. At the close of the drive, students packed the donations in backpacks for delivery to the school. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of helping other children in need.

Mustard Seed School provides a safe, nurturing and structured environment, a positive learning experience, survival resources of food, clothing and shelter referrals, medical and dental screenings, immunization updates, counseling for children and their parents, and assistance entering or reentering public schools.
