  1. The Torch Club is back! You can hear live music again at Sacramento's beloved night spot. After 15 months of closure due to the pandemic, local band Mind X brought the venue back to life! (CBS Sacramento)
  2. It was a fight to the finish for the Sacramento Republic, with the team coming up short in a well fought match at Heart Health Park. They lost by one goal to Phoenix Rising. The Republic are next scheduled to play Saturday against San Diego Loyal. (Indomitable City Soccer)
  3. A Natomas teacher was chosen by NASA to fly above the stratosphere, but the plans were delayed by the pandemic. Those plans are back on for today! Domina Stamas hopes to bring her experience back to the classroom to inspire the next generation of engineers and astronauts. (ABC10)
  4. The Sacramento Kings hosted a clinic over the weekend called "Your Shot Counts" where they encouraged young people to come in and get their vaccines. Held in the foyer of the Golden One Center, hundreds of vaccines were administered to family members of all eligible ages and everyone got a tour of the Kings locker room and gaming studio. (KCRA3)
