Backyard Shed In San Diego Costs $1,050 To Rent

SAN DIEGO, CA — How small a space would you be willing to squeeze into to live affordably in San Diego? If 200 square feet and $1,050 per month sound reasonable, there's a backyard shed with your name on it.

KGTV first reported on the hard-to-believe listing, located in the backyard of a house on Oregon Street in North Park.

According to the listing, the tiny space is complete with air conditioning, laminate flooring and a small kitchen with a stove and a mini-fridge.

The $1,050 rent is about $300 per month less than a typical North Park studio, KGTV reported.
