5 Wounded In Shooting In San Francisco's Tenderloin

Five people have been hospitalized in Saturday shooting outside a grocery store near Eddy and Taylor streets.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Five people were wounded in a shooting outside a grocery store in San Francisco's Tenderloin neighborhood Saturday night.

All five victims are suffering from bullet wounds that are not believed to be life-threatening, according to a police spokesperson. Authorities have not said how many shooters were involved in the incident and whether they remain at large.

Sgt. Michael Andraychak said the shootings occurred near Eddy and Taylor streets at about 9:26 p.m. He added that the shooting victims are at local hospitals being treated for their injuries. Several firearms were recovered at the scene, according to police.

There is no suspect information at this time. There are also no additional details on the victims. Andraychak said this is an active and ongoing investigation.
