Giant Grass Mural Cheers On 49ers In Super Bowl
Using a temporary "air printer," a company created a giant mural cheering on the 49ers in San Francisco ahead of Super Bowl LIV on Sunday.
SAN FRANCISCO, CA — In case there was any question how fervently Californians are cheering on the San Francisco 49ers ahead of Sunday's Super Bowl, a Pleasanton-based company put an end to those doubts Saturday by creating a giant grass mural for the team at San Francisco's Presidio Golf Course.
"We are BIG 49er fans," Kelli Pearson of Pleasanton-based New Ground Technology told Patch.
The mural, made using the company's temporary "AirPrint" technology, measures 75 by 50 feet and was done in one hour. The whole process was captured on video shot by a drone.
