I-80 Eastbound Reopens In San Francisco
Freeways and surface streets near the Bay Bridge are a mess.
SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A person having a mental health crisis surrendered to negotiators and will receive an evaluation, but not before blocking all eastbound traffic on I-80 as it approached the Bay Bridge in San Francisco for more than 3 hours on Wednesday.
There were no injuries reported.
The California Highway Patrol and San Francisco Police officers are doing their best to get traffic flowing smoothly again.
