Man Shot To Death Wednesday Identified

The victim was just 21-years-old.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A man killed in a shooting in San Francisco's South of Market neighborhood on Wednesday afternoon has been identified by the city medical examiner's office as 21-year-old Frank Beltran.

Police have not released many details about the shooting, which was reported at 3:22 p.m. in the area of Fourth and Mission streets.

Beltran was taken to a hospital and was pronounced dead.

No arrest has been made in the case, police said Thursday morning.
