The experience, taking place July 4th from 7-11 p.m., includes a variety of options:

  • Tiburon Ferry or San Francisco Ferry, round trip shuttle to battery Ledyard (firework viewing area), where you can see expansive views of the San Francisco fireworks, Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz. Tiburon ferry leaves at 7 p.m. (begins boarding at 6:40 p.m.) and returns approximately 10:45 p.m. -11 p.m.
  • Opportunity to hike along various scenic trails, and enjoy the sights and beaches. The sun doesn’t set until after 8:30 p.m., so guests can see a beautiful sunset and the skyline lit at night.

Optional add-ons include:

  • Special Picnic Dinner of delicious fried chicken, potato salad, biscuit and brownie ($20)
  • 4th of July Tram Tour of Angel Island, a spectacular one-hour tour with scenic stops and a professionally produced audio history with new sound system and multiple language options. Tours depart at 6:45 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. (Adult – $18.48, Children (5-12) – $12.47, Under 5 – Free on lap)
