Stolen Puppy: Pit Bull Missing From San Francisco
The puppy was stolen from a rescue organization. Two husky puppies stolen at the same time have been recovered.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A decoy buyer helped police recover husky puppies that were stolen from a San Francisco dog rescue on Thursday, but a pit bull puppy is still missing.
The three dogs were stolen in a burglary from Family Dog Rescue at 2253 Shafter Ave. on Thursday morning, according to San Francisco police. The burglars also stole computers.
By Thursday night, the huskies, which are about 4 months old and had already been spayed or neutered and microchipped, had been recovered, according to Family Dog Rescue, which announced the recovery in a Facebook post.

A woman noticed the puppies for sale on Instagram for $800 each in Hayward and worked with Hayward and San Francisco police to act as a buyer for the puppies. Police arrested two suspects, according to Family Dog Rescue.
But the pit bull puppy, which is only a few weeks old and does not have a microchip, is still missing. The dog is sick and has not been neutered so it could be used for breeding.
