Tune In To SF Magic Theatre's Playwright Podcasts
Those sheltering at home in the San Francisco Bay Area during the coronavirus still can get a dose of creativity and the performing arts.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Who better to dramatically expound upon their shelter-in-place feelings and experiences than playwrights? If you are a fan of the stage and need an interesting diversion during the current quarantine, check out the podcasts assembled by the Magic Theatre in San Francisco.
Magic Theatre's new series, Far Apart Art, a four-week project launched at the end of March, features brief, audio journals from a host of Magic's family of playwrights.
"In lieu of coming together physically as a community,” said Loretta Greco, the theatre's artistic director, “I thought we might put together a series of short, audio narratives to offer some connectivity, solidarity and joy to our audiences in a kind of old-school way, by leaning in and listening to what Magic's playwrights are discovering about staying healthy and creative during this special period of sheltering in place.
