Which Tech Billionaire Just Bought San Francisco's Most Expensive Home?
And check out photos from the "new" most expensive house on the market.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Last December Patch featured a photo spread of the most expensive home then on the market in San Francisco, a gorgeous home at 2250 Vallejo St. with an asking price of $28 million.
In that article, we said the home was fit for a billionaire. Turns out, that's exactly who purchased it. According to SFGate, Kyle Vogt snapped up the home for $21.8 million. Not familiar with Vogt? Recode says he sold his second billion-dollar startup earlier this year. At age 30.

Like its predecessor, this home is listed for $28 million. Is it worth it? The view alone makes a strong argument, a panoramic vista from the Pacific Ocean to the Golden Gate Bridge, city views and San Francisco Bay.

And inside? Try 16,000 square feet of living space including seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and three half baths, and eight fireplaces. The home boasts 28 rooms, meaning lots of space for offices, sitting rooms and more, according to the listing specs.
Thanksgiving is coming. You can permanently volunteer to host the holidays in your spacious dining hall. Plenty of room for the help to serve around the table.

Don't like climbing stairs? No problem! Take the elevator. It stops at all floors, including the roof deck with full kitchen.
You'll probably do most of your cooking in the downstairs kitchen. No remodeling needed here.

All of the rooms are spacious. Many of us have lived in apartments smaller than this bedroom:

Perhaps it's the details that demand top dollar, such as the marble floors, stained glass skylight, sweeping staircases and the ceilings! See nearly two dozen photos on the listing page.
The home is located at 2820 Scott St.
