Welcome members of the public. If you would like to speak on an item that is listed on the agenda, you may do so upon receiving recognition from the Committee Chair when this item will be considered. If you would like to speak on an item that is not on the agenda, you may do so during Item 4, Public Comment on Matters not on the Agenda.

Individuals allowed three minutes, groups in attendance, five minutes. It is the Committee’s policy to refer matters raised in this forum to staff for investigation and/or action where appropriate. The Brown Act prohibits the Committee from discussing or acting upon any matter not agendized pursuant to State Law.

b. Introduction of Marvin Rose (Community Development Department Advisor)
c. Appointment of Tami Yuki as an interim Community Development Director.
d. Introduction of new BPAC member, Mathew Gaines.

a. Updates from July 11, 2018 meeting:
1. Fix-it Stations ordered and tentative installation time frame
2. Applied for grant funding for 11 new bike racks
3. Repainting “Stop, Look, and Wave” signs at crosswalks adjacent to school sites. 18 crosswalk locations were identified by DM and WB. RD met with Public Works director for repainting help. RD have prepared a grant application to secure funds for repainting.
4. Missing “Stop” sign near Starbucks exit from the Bayhill Shopping Center was re-installed.
