Navigating a Foodborne Outbreak
Foodborne outbreaks require effective collaboration between clinicians and public health professionals. This training from the Academic Partnerships to Improve Health includes a scenario based on a multistate outbreak that occurred in 2015-2016. Learn strategies for collaborating in three settings: an outpatient clinic, a local public health department, and a multidisciplinary meeting after the outbreak ends.

Consumer Food Safety Education Conference
The 2019 Consumer Food Safety Education Conference, March 7-8 in Orlando, Fla., will offer strategies to change food safety knowledge and behaviors. The conference is sponsored by the nonprofit Partnership for Food Safety Education.
Early registration ends January 25.
