Chuck E. Cheese To Celebrate San Bruno Makeover With Party
Free cake and $100 gift-card raffle Tuesday at remodeled El Camino Real locale. Robotic band & tokens no more, but new dance floor is fun.
SAN BRUNO, CA — The San Bruno Chuck E. Cheese recently underwent a major remodel and, to celebrate, is throwing a community celebration on Tuesday, July 16.
The kid-friendly, pizza-party hotspot, in the Towne Center at 1270-1272 El Camino Real, is inviting all to the ribbon-cutting and grand unveil set to begin at 4 p.m. and running through 6 p.m. that will feature free slices of cake and an opportunity for a chance to win a $100 gift card.
The local locale was among the first in the country to undergo the nationwide rebranding, according to company officials.

Updates at the restaurant include:
A modern dance floor: Bye-bye to the animatronic stage show and robotic band. The revamped version has a dance floor where Chuck E. makes a live appearance every hour, and kids’ feet light up the dance floor as they move.

All-You-Can-Play: No more tokens! Parents now can load a "play pass" with time allowing youngsters to play as many games as they want during the time purchased.
A fresh, modern look, with new logo and lighting, new color scheme and sleeker furniture.
Improved food and beverages: Menu includes BBQ chicken pizza, Cali Alfredo pizza, cauliflower-crust pizza and an endless salad bar with more than 30 items including fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses and pasta salads.
